A note prompted by last issue’s picture.
Just a note to say how encouraging it was to see Peter Walker's "oldies" photo in the Newsletter. It just goes to show how much the hills still mean to some of those members now in their seventies - and despite their aches and pains. I'm not sure just how you did your calcs. but as I was at that same time at Super Dévoluy and now 72, if included I must bring the total count to nearer 300 years than the almost 200 mentioned in Pete Walker's caption. And that's only 5 of the "oldie" KMC members still very active…
It is nice to see, now and again, one or two photos of the "past it" members and their current continuing activities. Thought for the future; we're all getting older!
