The 2012 KMC Annual General Meeting.

Thursday 15th November.

At the:

Britons Protection Pub.

Start at 7:30pm prompt.

We have a number of key committee posts are becoming free this year, so we do need some members to step forward and take on the roles of:

• Hut Manager.
• Newsletter Editor.

Of course, any full member can put themselves forward for any committee role anyway, and please feel free to do that, but those listed above are those we know we need filling.

Finally, any motions (proposed and seconded), and items for the agenda, must be with Bob Kelly by October 18th at the very latest. The meeting agenda should be in the post or Email (according to your Newsletter preference) by the 5th November.
