KMC Have access to the excellent MAM hut in Coniston for the weekend of 28th October. The hut is located 200m from the heart of Coniston and is well equiped with a wood fire and drying room. We will have exclusive access to 3 of the 5 dorms*. Camping is also allowed in the garden to the rear.  Cost per person per night is £15.

Based in Coniston we will have access to fantastic walking, scrambling and climbing. Close by crags include Dow Crag, Bowfell, Raven Crag - Walthwaite and Pavey Ark. 

The hut backs onto the Old Man of Coniston whilst Helvelyn and Scarfell are only a short drive away.
