All are welcome to this meet at Grizedale Forest Park, Visitor Centre Carpark, (9-15am for 9-30am start) for a stroll around the forest paths & trails of the Furness Fells, including Grizedale Tarn, for a potential Wild Swim Venue, on to the Silurian Way, an interesting & entertaining collection of Woodland Sculptures, Satterthwate Iron Works, & Carron Crag, with frequent sheltered stops for refreshments, & taking in views over Coniston Water & the distant Coniston/ Furness Fells, continuing by Carron Crag, & Grizedale Moor & returning to the Visitor Centre for Afternoon Tea & Cakes.
