AGM Horse and Jockey Chorlton
The Annual General Meeting of the Karabiner Mountaineering Club will be held on Thursday 21st November 2024 at 7.30pm.
Venue - The Horse and Jockey, 9 The Green, Chorlton, Manchester, M21 9HS
The meeting format will be as follows:
- Approval of the minutes of the 2023 AGM and matters arising
- Approval of reports and accounts
- Election officers to the Committee and other non-committee roles
- Consideration of any additional items and motions
Please note that any additional items or motions (proposed and seconded) for the agenda must be with the Secretary not later than 28 days before the AGM. The deadline for this is Thursday 24th October.
Papers for the AGM, including the agenda, reports and any additional items or motions, will be circulated by email not later than Monday 11th November.
The meeting will be held in the upstairs room of the Horse and Jockey. Details on how to get to the venue will be circulated with the papers.
