• A valid email is required and on accepting terms a message will be sent to this address. A meet co-ordinater wiil email you with additional information if needed.


• If you no longer wish to attend the meet, please contact the meet co-ordinater or contact the club to have your name removed from the list.


• As a Non-Member your name will only appear in the list of attendees after a meet co-ordinator has processed your request (please allow a few days).


• Privacy Notice: Your name and email address will be saved to a club database. Out of date entries are purged from the database periodically.
