Annual Dinner, Shap Wells
Choice of menu for the Annual dinner, which is being held at the Shap Wells Hotel, Shap, nr Penrith.
Starters, one of:
- Leek & potato soup
- Homemade game pate
- Melon Oporto (Melon pearls marinated in ruby port)
Main courses, one of:
- Aubergine Cannelloni (Grilled Aubergine slices rolled around cheese & pesto, baked under a tomato & cheese sauce.)
- Traditional Roast Pork
- Poached Salmon
Desserts, one of:
- Cumbrian bread & butter pudding
- Fresh fruit salad
- Cheese & Biscuits
- Ice Cream
Finally:
- Tea/coffee & Kendal mint cake
Anyone wishing to attend should send a cheque for £17 a head along with your choices for starters and a main course ASAP to Andrew Croughton. Also if you have already booked but have not given your menu choice, please let Andrew know before October 20th.
