Pack your warmest jacket, gloves, hat and flask and get ready for some awesome friction.  The winter bouldering meet will take place this year at Cratcliffe Tor and Robin Hood's Stride.  This idylic rural venue is home to a superb set of boulders between Cratcliffe Middle, Top and Robin Hood's Stride - think Font with fewer baguettes and more Cherry Bakewells.

The crag is situated in the central Peak, 5km south of Bakewell.  Park by the side of the B5056 opposite a wide farm entrance. Cross the road and follow the gravel track.  Keep left up the hill heading towards Robin Hood's Stride. Cratcliffe Middle and Top are over the Style on the right but I plan to start the Day at Robin Hood's Stride and move to Cratcliffe in the afternoon.

The parking is limited so lift sharing is advised.  I'll be at the Lower Boulders area warming up from around 10.00.  Hope to see you there.
