Plan

Three days on Ben Nevis and 2 nights in the iconic CIC Hut which is the closest thing the UK has to an Alpine hut. It might be winter climbing, it might be summer rock climbing, it might be scrambling/ walking but we will see what the weather and conditions bring. Prior experience of Scottish Winter climbing and rock climbing is required for taking part in these activities. Since this suggestion of a long weekend falls in between three long weekends in the space of a month, we will wait and see what appetite there is. Having said that, there are two other people plus myself who are very keen.

Logisitics

Drive up Friday 21st evening and sleep in TNF car park (car/ van/ tent by the vehicle) or a local B&B if individuals prefer that option. Walk in on Saturday morning for 2 nights in the CIC hut and and 3 days on the hill. At the end of Monday, walk back out to the cars and drive south (I plan to drive over to Skye to meet a friend on Monday evening).
