Troy quarry is another North Manchester Venue ( Sorry South Manchester members ) it usually catches the evening sun and dries reasonablly quickly, good quality rock (please note some rock fall has been reported on Pillar cracks) and a good spread of grades
Last year many routes were completed and we ended up in the Robin Hood Pub, just down the road for a quick post climb drink
Park in the lane leading to Troy - a chain is being placed across the car park some time after about 3.30 pm. So the best thing to do is to park in the lane, but DO NOT park in front of people's house or blocking entrance to parking etc. The folk in the lane are very positive about climbers so please please park sensibly, bettet facing the road
