A KMC classic. Castle Naze rests above village of Combs in the western Peak District. It is a wonderful crag of great character. Warm and approached quickly, it has a range of very good routes of amenable grades. It was the most voted for crag in 2019 and is the third most visited crag in the KMC midweek crag list. There are good reasons for that! Details can be found here:
From Manchester Castle Naze is normally approached by road through Whalley Bridge and Combs, followed by a 2 min walk up the hill to the rock. Parking is limited so please be considerate. We'll be there by 6pm latest, but its normal for people to be there much earlier. Keep a watch of scribble for upadates and/or send me a message if you have questions. See you at the crag.
